Adam Coulter Talks to the BBC

Cruise International Editor Adam Coulter has added his views on the on-going debate about the value of online review sites.

Coulter told the BBC that people are quick to complain on review sites but seldom offer praise, making it hard to “sift through the ranting”.

His comments come as Travel website TripAdvisor is facing legal action from up to 700 hotel and guesthouse owners who complain they are victims of unfair reviews.

About Adam Coulter
Adam Coulter was a bit of a cruise novice when he took over the captaincy of Cruise International in 2010. In the past year and a half he's jumped right in, clocking up seven cruises in a year and a half plus a visit to the Panama Canal. When he's not on board a ship he likes nothing more than jumping off to do a spot of scuba diving, preferably in the warm waters of the Caribbean.
