One of the highlights of my two-day pre-inaugural cruise on Disney Dream last week was the chance to sample the food in the Remy restaurant. There was glitter and glamour, marching bands and mystery, whimsy and wonder, and of course scores of familiar faces and characters at the launch of Disney's new cruise ship, Disney Dream this week.
