Celebrity Cruises will launch the Celebrity Silhouette on July 23rd, 2011. The vessel will be the fourth Solstice-class cruise ship that Celebrity Cruises have built.
The Silhouette will be able to take up to 2,850 guests. It will weigh 122,000 gross tons, and will measure 315 metres (1,033 ft)
Anticipated facilities on board the Silhouette include:
- Country club with a half-acre of grass, known as The Lawn Club
- Glass-blowing show
- iLounge – an internet cafe and Apple store

Celebrity Silhouette Maiden Voyage
When Celebrity Silhouette sets sail for the first time in July 23rd 2011, her maiden voyage will take passengers from Hamburg to Rome and then on a special nine-night Mediterranean voyage.
