Amabella is almost identical to her older sister ships in the fleet, which sails along Europe’s great rivers, including the Rhine, Mosel, Main and Danube.

The line offers nearly all-inclusive cruising. In addition to food, accommodation, entertainment, guests will enjoy complimentary wine and beer whilst dining, and unlimited internet. 20 bikes are available for those who wish to go exploring whilst ashore, at no extra charge.

At 170 square feet, standard cabins are roomier than the industry standard – typically in the 150-square-ft. range. All cabins are fitted with ‘Infotainment’, consisting of a flat-screen TV complete with internet access, movie and music libraries, and shots from the bow and navigational area. The majority of cabins feature a French balcony, a sliding glass door with railing. Cabins on the lower Piano deck come complete with picture windows right at the water line.

There are two lounges offering panoramic views – a large main lounge at the bow and a more intimate lounge located aft. Guests can relax on the sun deck or in its whirlpool. Other onboard amenities include an elevator, small fitness area and a treatment room.

For its first year, Amabella has been chartered for the Australian cruise market. It will be marketed exclusively to Aussies.
