My wife and I had a very pleasant cruise from Vancouver to Miami ending in October 2010. We travelled aboard the Pearl and disembarked on the 8th of October. My final account was dollars 413, 94. On the same day an amount of 713, 94 was deducted from my credit card. The amount of $300 was illegally or negligently deducted from my credit card. I have E mailed numerous addresses in both the UK and America and all claim I must write a letter to the Florida department. This I have done and have just received a letter completely ignoring my request and sending me a long letter explaining how there on credit card Accounting System works. And apologising for the inconvenience. They thank me for allowing them to address my concerns. NOW WHAT I WANT IS MY $300 BACH.
So now I have to write another snail mail letter to the is lady at customer relations CAROLYNNE FRAMIL of 7665 corporate centre drive Miami Florida 33126.
This organization is happy to hold your credit card and adapt would they feel like and not be prepared communicate and
effective modern way.
So my suggestion is to anyone bordering the Norwegian line is to not hand over the credit cards and only work on a cash basis. Lionel Willis
